Laser blepharoplasty
Laser blepharoplasty is an innovative technique that combines cutting-edge technology with the delicacy required for surgical treatment of the eyelids. It is a less invasive procedure that provides results similar to a traditional procedure.
With the use of lasers, medical professionals are able to make precise, clean incisions, which results in smaller scars and a faster, smoother recovery for patients than with the traditional method.
Indication
Blepharoplasty is a plastic surgery recommended for people who have laxity in the eyelid structures, fat pockets in the eyelids, and loose skin around the eyes.
The technique is therefore recommended for cases of:
– Excess skin and/or laxity in the eyelids;
– Fat pockets under the eyes;
– Eyelid ptosis (drooping eyelids due to muscular causes);
– Pseudoptosis (drooping eyelids due to excess skin);

Structured Blepharoplasty
Structured Blepharoplasty is an advanced approach to eyelid surgery that goes beyond the simple removal of excess skin, fat, or muscle. Its concept is based on a three-dimensional analysis of periocular aging and the functional and aesthetic anatomical restoration of the eyelid structures.
Unlike conventional blepharoplasty, the structured technique focuses on the preservation and strategic repositioning of tissues, rather than their excessive removal. This includes the redistribution of fat pockets, the strengthening of ligament support, and the correction of lost volume with fat grafts or specific fillers.

Eyelid Ptosis
Ptosis is the abnormal drooping of the upper eyelid, which can affect one or both eyes. It can be congenital (present from birth) or acquired, caused by aging, neurological problems, muscle diseases, trauma, or excessive weight on the eyelid.
The main symptoms include a tired appearance, reduced visual field, facial asymmetry, and obstruction of the visual axis.
Treatment is usually surgical, with correction of the upper eyelid lifting muscle, which can be performed using different techniques.
The choice of technique depends on several factors, and the surgeon should discuss with the patient which one is most appropriate.
Facial Liposculpture
Facial liposculpture is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses injectable substances (hyaluronic acid or collagen biostimulators) to redefine facial contours, improve skin firmness, and restore or harmonize volume lost due to aging or anatomical characteristics.
This procedure can also be performed by selectively removing fat from specific areas of the face and, in some cases, grafting this fat to other areas.

Canthopexy
Canthopexy is a surgical procedure performed to correct or reinforce the lateral corner of the eye, where the upper and lower eyelids meet.
The goal is to improve the support and position of the lateral corner, providing a more youthful, harmonious appearance or correcting functional and aesthetic problems.
Indication
Canthopexy is a procedure that can be used alone or in combination with other treatments, and should be performed by a surgeon specializing in ocular plastic surgery to ensure safety and satisfactory results
– Sagging or looseness of the lower eyelids;
– Changes in the positioning of the lateral corner due to aging;
– Prevention of deformities after eyelid surgery;

Fat Transposition

Correction of Eyelid Deformities

– Entropion: Inversion of the eyelid margin, with the eyelashes rubbing against the eye;
– Eyelid retractions: Abnormal elevation or descent of the eyelids, usually resulting from surgery or diseases such as Graves’ orbitopathy.
CO2 Laser Facial Rejuvenation
CO2 laser facial rejuvenation, or resurfacing, is an innovative treatment that uses laser beams to remove the surface layers of the skin, intensely stimulating collagen production.
The laser creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, which extend to the dermis (the deepest layer of the skin), promoting cell regeneration and the formation of new collagen and elastin fibers.
Indication
Indicated for the treatment of wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, skin blemishes, and facial or body sagging in areas such as the chest, neck, hands, abdomen, and legs. It can also be used for facial rejuvenation with application to the entire face.
Orbital Surgery
Evisceration, enucleation, and anophthalmic cavity reconstruction surgeries are procedures performed to treat serious conditions affecting the eyeball, such as irreparable trauma, infections, degenerative diseases, or intraocular tumors.
The main objective of these surgeries is to preserve the patient’s health, relieve pain and discomfort, and enable aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of the eye region.
Evisceration
This is the removal of the internal contents of the eyeball, preserving the sclera (outer layer of the eye) and extraocular muscles.
This procedure is indicated in cases such as severe intraocular infections (endophthalmitis) or painful blind eyes.
Enucleation
This is the complete removal of the eyeball, including the sclera, but preserving the extraocular muscles and orbital structures.
This procedure is indicated in cases of intraocular tumors, severe trauma, and diseases such as painful absolute glaucoma.
Anoftalmic Cavity Reconstruction
Anoftalmic cavity reconstruction is performed to restore volume, improve aesthetics, and enable the use of an ocular prosthesis.
This procedure is indicated for patients with ocular or orbital malformations or after evisceration or enucleation surgery.
